Good First Degree/B. Tech in the Humanities, Engineering Etc.
HND Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing and Supply.
A good knowledge of the oil industry.

Activités
The job holder is responsible for accounting all products lifting from Bolgatanga depot in accordance with Company sales and logistic requirement to ensure the company achieve fully it sales target.

AFETY:

Ensure that all depot activities are carried out under the Company's, Health safety and environment requirements. within the depot operations with zero fatality and loss time injurie incident.
Ensure that schedule trucks have all passed save to load inspection before use

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Supervise order to dispatch of Product lifting from the depot to customer site.

Ensure early planning and scheduling of Released orders for shipment in line with SLA D+1 for network as well as daily adjustment from the AREA MANAGER .
Ensure early order placement on the NPA portal to avoid loading delays
Ensure that all products are system invoiced and other dispatched documents completed before dispatched.
Record and maintain a DISPATCH book to track all dispatches and returned document on daily basis
Daily lifting update should be sent to Account on daily basis.
Ensure up to date accounting of stock through reconciliation with SAP and ERDMS
Ensure that PODs are performed for all returned documents.
Submit waybills to the Zonal Loading manager monthly

Contexte et environnement
Petroleum downstream is partially deregulated in Ghana with Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) and Registered Bulk Importers as the key players on the supply side.

The demand side has three (3) key players namely TEMG, VIVO and Goil with over 100 other independents.

Key supply logistics infrastructure is Government owned with the RBI’s beginning to build own depots.

Lubricants are locally blended at Tema Lube Oil Company which is a JV with TotalEnergies, VIVO, Goil and SSNIT.

However, imports of lubricants are also permitted by law. The supply mix for Ghana is in a fluid state with its inherent opportunities and threats
