Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in any science
Excellent analytical skills for record keeping.
Excellent Inter-personal and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills (Ms. Excel, MS Word).
Activités
Main Objective

The role holder’s main objective is to receipt, store, stock take and dispatch over 30,000 LPG Cylinders per month.


Roles and Responsibilities



Supervise the loading and offloading of LPG cylinders and Accessories in the depot.
Coordinate with security to ensure that trucks with LPG orders at the bond gate enter the depot timely for loading and follow up the LPG trucks in the market.
Ensure proper storage of all filled and empty LPG cylinders plus LPG Accessories.
Reconcile LPG/Accessories and delivery notes every after invoicing on a monthly basis.
Daily performance report shared to managers/stake holders.
Ensure LPG delivery trucks are compliant with safe to load and HSEQ procedures and practices.
Ensure that before any trucks leave the depot, checks on the quantity loaded is carried with the truck driver and security personnel to confirm the quantity loaded.
Follow up with customer orders from Customer service Centre and plan routes with the sales team.
Ensure compensatory measures listed for any Down-graded situation are followed
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
