The position holder is responsible to provide strategic direction to the business. The role
involves evaluate and execute group-wide strategic projects, end to end corporate
transactions and major investment projects.
The person will be in charge of interfacing, coordinating, executing and reporting of
company valuation across Aldelia group. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the duties
of developing SOP, Processes and Policies to guide the organisation’s business prospective.
The Business Analyst will assist Aldelia management on corporate restructuring and project
monitoring. Her/His scope of intervention falls into projects follow-up and reporting tools to
put in place for the company top management. The Business Analyst will also be involved
with several departments and disciplines across the company.

o Fluency in French and English is a Must for this role.
o Previous similar 4-6 years experience is required for this role working within:
o Corporate development / strategy,
o Investment banking / corporate finance
o Private equity,
o M&A advisory  Experience in executing M&A transactions including financial analysis and process
management is highly recommended.  A master’s degree is mandatory for this role.
