Job Description:
Our client is seeking a qualified Cost Accountant with a background in the mining industry to join their team in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing incentives programs.
Asset management.
Cost monitoring, control, planning, forecasting and reporting.
Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to.
Provide mentoring, training and people development.
Workforce planning.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Accounting Degree.
Matric certificate.
5 years previous experience in cost management accounting within the mining industry.
Business and people leadership skills.
ERP systems experience including Oracle.
Valid driver’s license.
Applicants must have South African citizenship and currently reside in South Africa.

Benefits and Contractual information:
Permanent contract.
Relocation required.
