Madame, Monsieur,

Chemonics International Inc. (dénommé ci-après « Chemonics »), dans le cadre du projet Global Health Supply Chain Program – Technical Assistance Francophone Task Order (GHSC-TA Francophone TO), USAID Contract No. AID-OAA-I-1500030/AID-OAA-TO-17-00006, émet un appel d'offres pour identifier un fournisseur qualifié, expérimenté et bien établi de services pour l’entreposage et le transport des produits de santé ne nécessitant pas la chaine de froid dans quelques formations sanitaires dans les régions de Lomé-Commune, Maritime et Plateaux au Togo. L’AO ci-jointe contient toutes les informations nécessaires pour les offrants intéressés

Response to additional questions regarding the RFP GHSC-TA-TOGO-001:

1. What is the warehouse space required in square meter?
Based on the RFP, required space or volume will depend on incoming shipments. Chemonics
does not anticipate renting a warehouse but is rather looking for space/volume depending on
the shipment volume and replenishment frequency. The potential bidders should describe the
space/volume availability they may anticipate based on their routine operations
(inbound/outbound).
An illustrative description of potential shipments includes:
a. 50,000 bottles of Tenofovir/lamividune/dolutegravir 30 tablets
b. 45,000 bottles of Tenofovir/lamividune/dolutegravir 90 tablets
c. 5000 HIV rapid tests kits (Determine, kit of 100 pieces)
d. 800 HIV rapid tests kits (First Response, kit of 30 pieces)
These numbers are subject to changes anytime and the shipment volume will depend on
procurement agent’s consolidation process.

2. Annex 6 WHO Good Distribution Practices for Pharmaceutical Products is missing
in the document.
Missing Annex 6 has been attached to the amended RFP. It includes WHO Good Distribution
Practices for Pharmaceutical Products and WHO Guide to Good Storage Practices for
Pharmaceuticals.
