In the Orange Cloud for Business Data Center management team (10 people including this position : 5 in France, 1 in Egypt, 1 in London, 2 in Singapore, 1 in the U.S.) :

For colocation, private-cloud and public cloud offers : to manage interlock with local America’s DC suppliers – internal (Oak-Hill / Atlanta) or external (QTS Atlanta / Equinix U.S. / NTT U.S. / potentially Costa-Rica and Brazil) – from pre sales to operations.
To be responsible for having an always efficient and advertised process to deliver “smart hands” services in all DC. To manage all the different suppliers involved (FOIS / local smart hands from DC supplier / others).
To be responsible for Americas DC costs’ control and yearly budget.
To participate to the DC strategy for Americas (site choices, site and POP closures).
To support pre sales by providing the best solution (availability / cost efficiency / DC strategy compliance) to any requests from sales or pre sales teams.
To set-up (for new suppliers) and run a supplier management governance : financial (order / invoice control) / activity control / quality insurance.
To support Orange Business Services implementation team by providing consulting services for DC urbanization and “smart eyes” to control locally implementation action performed by third parties.
To manage any unexpected event (crisis / exceptional maintenance) which might occurred with any DC supplier.



Votre profil


Communication : excellent verbal and written communication skills in particular this mission is requiring to liaise with people doing various activities (sales / pre sales / project / operations ) and up to top management from Orange Business Services.
Ability to work with several functional teams and consolidate technical information (strong link with OINIS Atlanta and network activities).
Experience in DC
Tiering level
Urbanization (knowledge of room fit-out, rack/PDU deployment, containment)
Certification
Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude.
Language : English mandatory / French would be appreciated.
Education : engineer degree or equivalent.
Experience : more than 10 years.
