- Has at least 5-years of experience with filed Sales operation & management and distributors management.
- Exposure in Lubricant industry and Secondary Sales Management (SSM) will be a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation and stakeholders management.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Ability to use both English and Vietnamese.
- Self-Driven and proactive in achieving KPIs.

*Key Activities:
- Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work.
- Execute the activities and lead TEMV's team distributors (Distribution Partner), PSD to deliver TEMV MS Roadmap of Long-term Strategies.
- Propose and monitor the implementation of approved sales work plans with the aim of achieving the pre-set sales targets while coaching and managing sales teams, related distributors, PSD.
- Propose and execute the approved strategies to ensure competitive advantage for TEMV in RTM, distribution network, products, services in respect of Sell-out Culture and Value over Volume.
- Provide monthly Sales Forecast following Company's Procedure on time and in good quality to ensure quality of stock supply to distributors and/or end customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints. Always demonstrate well the spirit of DELIGHTING END CUSTOMERS
- Ensure sell-out volume from distributors and PSD are to end customers in the assigned channels group(s) and within assigned territory, no conflict of channels or territory.
- Coach and develop Distributors', PSDs' and TEMV's sales team on selling skills, channels / products knowledge
- Ensure all required reports are done in most accuracy and on time.
- Ensure the enlarge of TEMV's Product Porfolio including the existing and new SKUs.
- Deliverable TEMV's investments on direct and indirect customers in the assigned distribution channels and the Return-On-Investment (ROI).
- Set up and monitor the execution of the plans to improve year-on-uear market share including volume share, weighted stock, visibility.
- Ensure market intelligence is frequently updated.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management
