Monitor Billing Architecture:

Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy and standard price list based on benchmarks, cost-plus models, or other calculation methods.
Manage invoicing flow between GSP entities (mainly Poland and France) and with customers.

Set Up and Monitor Performance Indicators:

Collaborate with the financial performance manager to establish and track quality and activity measurement indicators (cost drivers) to ensure service excellence.

Manage Contracts and Maintain Customer Relationships for Billing:

Handle contractual agreements, set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage contracts with legal advisors and client entities.
Ensure effective communication with customers regarding all billing matters, leveraging support from the Legal Department and the Group's tax specialists.

Manage GSP Intercompany Transactions:

Oversee intercompany transactions within the GSP network.
Votre profil
Accounting Expertise: Proficient in cost/revenue recognition, analysis, and reporting.
Pricing Strategies: Experienced in preparing pricing strategies for new services and ventures using various pricing principles (e.g. cost-plus).
Valuation and Reporting: Knowledgeable in principles of valuation and reporting of intercompany transactions.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing and verifying large datasets to draw actionable conclusions for improvement activities, capable of developing, implementing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service organizations.
MS Office Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel (functions, macros, etc.) and Power BI.
Language Skills: Must be proficient in English, both spoken and written. Command of French is a plus.
Professional Development: High potential for further development in the field of finance across a wide range of activities, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Organizational Skills: Excellent work organization skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team, meticulous, proactive, independent and results-oriented
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to persuade others and effectively communicate arguments and proposals, capable of working with multi-functional and multi-country entities.
Availability to travel to France - Paris once a month
