Votre rôle
Managing the team and being accountable for its performance; making decisions on evaluating, hiring, rewarding, and training its employees
Ensuring the process of evaluating the execution of team deliverables, assessing quality and suggesting improvements; accountability for meeting his/her department's goals
Searching for innovative technologies and presenting them to stakeholders, collaborating with Orange Group
Responsibility for product ownership, representing the voice of the customer, defining the product vision
Building relationships with stakeholders - supporting product direction
Setting priorities with internal customers and planning sprints with the development team, conducting sprint reviews, providing feedback
Creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog
Votre profil
At least 7 years of experience
Experience in managing people in an IT environment
Experience in IT delivery management, Project management, Agile
Experience in information systems management, especially in BI
Organisational skills, proactive pro-customer approach
Knowledge of English language at an advanced (active) level
University education (II. degree)
