The LIA period:
We are now opening up the application process for you to come and do your LIA at Orange Business in the beginning of 2025. Our goal for your LIA period is to give you hands-on experience and an insight in how our server environments are managed. We work with hosting business critical environments for our customers, in Windows, Linux and /or Cloud (AWS/Azure). Therefore, our customers have high SLA and security demands that we need to follow.

During your LIA period you will get to work with our Operations Center Technicians. They perform activities in application management for our customers and the main task is to handle the daily operations of all systems, both internal and external, by working proactively to monitor internal systems and respond to tickets according to the relevant service level agreement. Some of the tasks you will learn to handle and be responsible for is:

Handle events, incidents and changes
User and access management
Network related changes
System and application update/upgrades
Troubleshooting any operational disturbance
Being point of contact for our customers
To give you the best prerequisites, you will receive a buddy within the Operation Center department that will help you a bit extra. With that said, it´s good to know that we work in an open environment where we gladly help each other, so you will have plenty of people to ask.
