INTERNAL/EXTERNAL VACANCY NOTICE

Position: Pronto ERP Specialist

Location: Goulamina, Mali

Reporting Relationship: Finance & Administration Manager



Position Purpose:

Leo Lithium is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pronto ERP Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and efficient usage of Pronto ERP software across Leo Lithium entities in Mali, Ivory Coast, and the Perth Corporate office.



Responsibilities:



- Maintain Pronto ERP user access in accordance with approved user access and delegation of authority.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly internal control activities for Pronto ERP, documenting all procedures.
- Prepare user guides and technical documentation, onboarding new users, and providing necessary training.
- Design and publish Cognos Reports covering Cost Reports, IFRS Reporting, and Performance dashboards.
- Address and resolve Pronto ERP support queries promptly.
- Maintain a system changes register, ensuring documentation of all changes and approvals.
- Implement and test new Pronto ERP functionalities, ensuring optimum system usage.
- Participate in System Audits and Internal Control Reviews related to IT & ERP Systems.
- Set up and manage an auditable backup process for system data, ensuring failsafe recovery.


Qualifications:

- Training or certification in Pronto ERP System.
- Mining or heavy industry experience in a Pronto ERP environment.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a Pronto ERP support or implementation role.
- Strong Systems Administration and IBM’s Cognos experience.
- Fluency in English; French skills will be viewed favorably.
