Votre rôle
A Cloud Implementation Engineer shares responsibility in the implementation, operation and management of Flexible Engine Cloud infrastructure. The Cloud Operation Engineer uses a strong understanding of all aspects of a cloud centered data center both on a physical level and virtual level, and the ability to troubleshoot, identify and resolve very complex problems in a timely and professional manner. The role also requires strong execution and focus to meet the needs of our Cloud customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

• Recommend technical solutions that will enhance performance, increase redundancy, and add flexibility to the existing infrastructure.

• implement new services/ features in pre-prod and prod environments

• Quickly turn business problems into technical solutions.

• Manage configurations and the deployment of equipment in compliance with established technology policies.

• Implement new changes and services on prod and preprod environment and validate the changes meet our standards and criteria.

• Document all the steps involved during the changes and be able to do any requested documents and guides of the changes as needed.

• Interact with other team members to offer assistance in troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer activities

• Regular participation in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management.

• Build solution and scripts that enhance the function of our site and help operate and maintain our infrastructure.


Votre profil
Basic qualifications,

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operation and administration infrastructure systems.
• Advanced experience in Linux operating systems (RedHat/CentOS ,SUSE,,,,)
• Advanced experience in storage systems (block ,object and file )
• Experience in implementing and operating OpenStack Platform
• Experience in implementing and operating virtualization technologies (vmware ,Xen and KVM)
• Good knowledge of AWS services
• Good knowledge of Application and database servers like ( Apache, Nginx, HAProxy, MySQL, MongoDB )
• Good understanding of Continuous integration/delivery concepts ( Ansible, Jenkins )
• good knowledge of basic networking concepts
• good knowledge of python scripting
• Basic knowledge of Linux Containers ( Docker ,Kubernetes )
• Basic knowledge of monitoring solutions (Zabbix/Nagios)

• Fluency in English in Both writing and Speaking.

• Certified (openstack administrator, AWS,Kubernetes, Redhat admin 1,2,3 RHCSA)

Soft Skills:

- Strong Troubleshooting skills. Must display high-level troubleshooting competencies.
- Ability to assess, evaluate the functionality of systems & provide recommendations based on the output of the technical assessment.
- Problem solving and investigation capabilities.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Team player
- Must have exceptional communication & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills are a Must.

Le plus de l'offre
At least 2 years of management experience.

At least 3 years of IT/Network/cloud operation technical experience.
