Opportunity
A.P Maersk is looking for a candidate to take up the role of a Financial Operations AR Agent in Kinshasa, DRC. The FinOps AR Agent is required to drive TbM and MbM FINOPS performance in the Country, and to Ensure FinOps hygiene on AR side per processes, with no exposure.

Main Responsibilities:
Creation of jobs in Kewill within the time frame

Raise proforma Invoices when required by a customer

Invoicing of jobs in Kewill CHB/CHC

Transmission of invoices to customers

Invoicing of all ICB shipment as per agreement with counterparts

Perform the completion date process on weekly basis with CS and update in the system

Follow up Customer requests

Daily update of TrakIT update

Ensure revised estimated done correctly in the system. Deviation between estimate and final cost less than 10%

Ensure correct utilization of material code during jobs creation

Ensure customer code extension for CHC.

Ky Requirements:
Good Understanding of Accounting principles and concepts.

Prior proven experience (at least 2 years) in a similar function (Finance and accounting, AR).

A financial educational background such as Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Economics, Accounting and/or a Chartered Accountancy qualification is an Advantage.

Fluent French and Fluent English is a Must.

Good knowledge and experience in using Kewill.

Good level of MS package especially Excel.

SAP Knowledge is an Advantage.

Good analytical skills.

Well organized, efficient, effective and multitasking.

Customer Centricity and result orientation.

Keen eye for Continuous Improvement.

Internal stakeholder management.

Ability to work with large volume of data
