Votre rôle
Perform provisioning of Orange Video and collaboration offers
Provision video Endpoints and customers on tools and ensure information are available on all internal tools
Manage and ensure good configurations and connectivity of new video endpoints, Provision endpoints for monitoring and ensure no alarms present during deployment.
Perform Acceptance test for Video deployments, along with customers and project managers.
Handover endpoints/ solutions to Operations as per checklist and process.
Ensure activity of Video Change Desk: Welcome, classify, manage, and implement customers change Requests.
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and maintain SI data integrity of OVP Offers.

Votre profil
High school Diploma, International Baccalaureate or equivalent and Minimum 2 years diploma or degree
Excellent communications skills. Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
Knowledge and technical skills: Good IP Knowledge (CCNA or equivalent),
Other skills: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure & multi-task
Value teamwork, good time management and organizational skills, Flexibility in work hours required and a willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
