Role
Creation of Processes / training in Mavim and Confluence to improve user experience.
Creation of standardized templates to be used by end users and support team
Participation in PDM community calls as system SME
Process landscape setup and support
Quality control of Mavim process landscapes
Problem solving and issues identification

Who We’re Looking For
Technology degree or ongoing masters in Quality Management or Logistics
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and ability to collaborate well with people at all levels of the organization
Strong customer centric ethic
Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
Innovative problem solver
Flexibility and agility for change
Understanding of standard terminal setup/business processes is a plus
Experienced with Microsoft office packages ( Word, Excel, PPT)
Knowledge of Atlassian product suite is desirable but not essential
Microsoft BI knowledge is desirable but not essential
Spanish language fluency is desirable but not required for the role
