Would you like to be part of a value driven, commercially oriented international environment where we enable global trade every day? As the Area First Mile Product Manager, you will be responsible for the governance of the assigned product covering in-land transportation, railway, barge and inter-modal transportation.

You will manage and enforce a standardized approach to validations of business opportunities, run projects on improving products, developing new products and charges and will be fully responsible for your products’ “Profit and loss”.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for:
Collecting and analyze market intelligence
Targeting setting for Landside Transportation growth
Area Landside Transportation Strategy and Direction Setting
Defining growth/segmentation opportunities
Providing input for Inland tender preparation
Supporting teams and providing training/refreshers to commercial and customer experience teams.
Work in close collaboration with procurement team, vendor managers and HSE teams
Your product dashboard, KPIs and reports to the Area & Regional Leadership Team
Defining local Value proposition and Differentiators for products
Developing new corridors
Ensuring dynamic pricing to always remain competitive
Optimizing cargo and corridor mix
Validating business opportunities, quotations and provide adequate value proposition to support the selling
Work in close collaboration with the delivery team and ensure a second to none delivery performances.
Gathering external insights on competition
Product growth, capacity, and system for smooth execution of customer needs
Evaluating & ensuring proper governance for assigned product category as per the Product Catalogue

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Relevant deep experience in a fast-paced logistics and services environment
Entrepreneurship and PnL knowledge
Translates customer needs and business opportunities into solutions
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Pricing capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
