Do you have what it takes to be successful in this role?

Masters or advanced degree in any social science or development area or its equivalent in years of experience
Atleast 7 years of programme and project management experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and writing proposals
Strong understanding of development and aid issues and trends in the Bougainville, PNG context.
Relevant Qualifications and demonstrated program management experience in the design, appraisal, monitoring and evaluation of programs in the international development context.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships and developing new partnerships.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce succinct written reports in English.
Sound financial and administrative skills, including budget preparation, monitoring and reporting.
People management experience including recruiting and managing a small team.
Understanding of, and/or experience in, rights-based approaches including child rights, gender and inclusion
