Votre rôle
Mobility Specialist aim to support the Customer’s strategy and policies of direction and control as well as to fulfil the Customer’s requirements for mobility management solutions across their operating footprint over a 24/7 basis.

- Management of all related services included in Customer contracts for France & International perimeter

- Act as a first line of support (both L1 commercial and L1 technical) for all mobility services including voice, data, Internet of Things and Mobile Device Management

- Provide direct customer support activities (including customer facing calls, ticketing tools, emails and through customer portal)

- Make in depth investigation on all the customer reports in case of anomalies and take appropriate actions to provide complete and accurate reports to customer

- Carry out specialized tasks as may be assigned by dedicated units including backoffice duties

- Collaborate and contribute to specific projects (new activity set up) and specific customer-related projects

- Good understanding of mobile environment, Internet of Things and Mobile Device Management technologies

- Good understanding of the commercial and multinational business environment

- Good organizational and planning skills

-Process-oriented and attention to details

-Self-motivated and willing to learn

-Excellent initiative in owning problems and finding solutions

-Flexible working hours (odd hours, night shift system for 24hrs/7days activity).

-Fluent in Englsh and French (spoken and written)

Le plus de l'offre
- Customer Service experience is a plus

- Some experience in mobile networks and mobile device management is desirable

- Service Level management is also a plus
