Mission

Within the Communication Services Business Line, Global Professional Services defines, industrials, promotes transverse service offers and customer care services for our international and French customers (DGC / DEF). Its mission is also to create associated sales collateral and build the service catalogue together with sales channels, domains and operations.

Global Professional Services includes Integration Services offers. These offers are focused on technology resale (software, hardware) when solutions are not managed by Orange, and of services provided locally on customer site (deployment, maintenance). These services rely on a sum of capabilities (e.g. ability to purchase and deliver licenses, ability to do a site survey, or ability to deliver goods and services on a broad geographic scale) that will be specifically tuned to suit the customer requirements.

In a context of constant market change, Integration Services offers have to adapt quickly and face a more and more and cost conscious market, demanding flexibility and reactivity from partners, with bigger than ever compliance requirements faced to growing regulation risks.

Job description

Mission :

The IS product manager has to maintain the IS value proposition that is simultaneously compatible with the global OBS portfolio (IS as a delivery option of managed services), and likely to be understood per se by customers. The mission will span from traditional product management, including a closed collaboration with the operational marketing since one of the main objective is to provide sales with a consistent story, and direct support in addressing the market, likely to increase IS sales shortly.

The mission will in particular focus on two major changes of the portfolio :

- market move to Software. Under the Software Play program, the product manager will deliver a new suite of services allowing our customers to properly on board on this new way to purchase and roll out technology.

- new lifecycle services from our major partner. To be able to resale these new services with an Orange layer, the Product Manager will have the responsibility to add this new the existing portfolio and will define new associated services.

Votre profil
The candidate has an experience of 5 years of product management, ideally in the high tech/IT environment. Graduated from a business school, he has already worked with an international company. He has the ability to adapt to a new context, to comply with an international business, to work transversally and to be part of a virtual international team.
