Purpose of the job

Handling CRM requirements, starting from feasibility study, design, implementation, integration , Go-live activities, and overseeing junior team members.

Duties and responsibilities

Lead development team.
Study new CRM requirements and make a complete feasibility assessment.
Responsible on development & integration tasks.
Accept and validate new features implementation, software upgrades and new products and services.
Responsible on tasks / projects planning.
Responsible on production stability.

Job specification

Education

Bachelor degree in Telecommunication and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science

Experience

- 5+ years of CRM experience.

- Experience on Siebel CRM (preferred 17+ Siebel version).

- Configure application using EAI, Workflow, and related tools.

- Design and develop new/modify business components, business objects, applet, views and screen as per the customer requirements.

- Design Siebel workflows and other business process scenarios using Siebel tools.

- Create/modify database objects like tables, columns and index required to meeting customer requirements.

- Provides technical expertise on key decisions and priorities related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management) architecture solutions.

- Analyzes and translates business and technical requirements into an structural blueprint outlining Siebel solutions that will achieve the desired business objectives.

- Conceptualizes, defines, designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application releases in a Siebel environment.

- Diagnoses and resolves technical issues.

- Works in close collaboration with business and technology partners to evaluate, design and/or integrate new functionality into existing Siebel applications.

- Performs user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization.

- Skilled on UNIX scripting, Oracle and programing skills

- Skilled in Oracle SQL

- Very good English both written and spoken.

- Project management Skills
