In this position, the incumbent will have an opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge in the following areas:

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Coordinate operations for all cargo headed to DRC via Tanzania

Collaborate closely with colleagues in Tanzania, vendors, terminal, and other external entities to ensure that the best possible service is offered to our customers.

Develop market (LnS) penetration and growth strategies including a detailed environmental analysis.

Conduct research to identify the key pain points of our customers in Tanzania.

Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with our customers to encourage up-selling and retention.

Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.

Ability to generate new revenue independently.

Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets monthly sales target and initiatives.

Engage with Decision Makers at all levels and targeting business across various industries.

Timely communication with management and when necessary, seek assistance

REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.

3 or 5 years working experience required preferably logistics management or Customs.

Good interpersonal communication skills, relationship management and collaboration skills.

Result driven and passion for growth.

Adaptive to fast and continuous change.

fluency in English, Swahili, & French is a plus
