KEY RESPONSABILITIES
TEM Form Review, scanning, submission & follow up

AP Debit Balance invoice scanning, submission & follow up PC Vouchers preparation, filing and ensure all receipts are received

Mobile money payment application via my finance

Vendor creation support (sourcing data from vendor, forwarding details to GSC & follow ups)

Invoice scanning, submission & postings follow up

PC scans, Tax form scans etc.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An energetic, committed, quick to learn and adapt and honest individual that has:

1-3 years of working experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Outstanding negotiation skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Ability to manage conflict and dissent in a professional manner

Able to manage pressure, self-driven, accountable, and passionate to delivering results

Fluent in English
