WE OFFER

We are looking for a Workshop Shift Supervisor to join our team in Monrovia:

This person will be:
Responsible for directing team of technicians to safely and efficiently execute planned/scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring quality of work and record keeping and safety of workplace

Act as a first point of contact for technicians on shift in case of technical or safety queries

Ensure quality of maintenance work performed, and history recorded

Develop skills and competencies of technicians under their supervision

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Minimum university degree in electricity, mechanical or related field

Minimum 3 year´s experience in operational shift working environment

Experience in an asset intensive environment, with exposure to complex scenarios for planning and organization of work activities, prioritization, and resource management

Understanding of Asset Maintenance planning and scheduling metrics, principles, its processes, and requirements

Practical work organization and dispatching of shift working resources
