Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

About our client:
Our partner has designed the #1 browser in Africa with amazing features and content. Now we are looking for people who are committed to the content industry with very competitive salaries. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities:
 Monitor, identify and collect breaking news and hot topics, send daily push notification based on user behavior and location
 Source, edit and publish good articles to provide high quality in-browser feeds
 Familiar with local and global content creators including news agencies, bloggers, social media influencers and be able to work on content partnership
 Analyze social media trends and user behavior, research good apps, then share insights with teams to improve the browser

Job requirements
 Have at least two years of experience in the information industry, such as editors, journalists, content writers and bloggers. Full-time work experience in top news agencies is preferred.
 Passionate about social media, sensitive to trends, familiar with the language and culture of ordinary people, familiar with recent news around Africa and the world
 University degree, relevant major (news, journalism and mass communication, etc.) is a plus
 Strong ownership and positivity, ability to learn quickly and good communication skills with different people
 Have experience in news content
 Must be able to communicate in English with the global team.
