The purpose of this position is to ensure that payable activities are monitored and controlled for ensuring the compliance in line with MAERSK processes, policies, strategies, methodologies and work in partnership with stakeholders, and to ensure business continuity as well as payable performance management to be in line with agreed KPI’s.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Following up with Vendors and ensure timely posting and payment of Invoices
Debit balance follow up with staff and Finops and ensuring proper clearing
Approving of payment timely in Citi direct
Ensure petty cash replenishment and ensuring availability of cash for daily operations
Timely approval of IOU from Operations teams to ensure free flow of operations
Follow up for IOU justifications, posting and clearing
Ensure Timely payment of CNPS and Monthly Tax declarations.
Ensure Vendors are paid every fortnightly.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Finance, Logistic/Shipping Industry is preferred
Excellent understanding of finance and business
Excellent in French & English skills (Listening / Speaking / Writing)
An analytical skill that’s able to link/ relate to and analyze information
Superior Stakeholder Management and Communication skills
Familiar with MS Office and SAP
