Opportunité
Maersk Congo is looking for an organized, driven, and experienced candidate to take up the role of CX CHB Execution Team Leader in Pointe Noire.
In this role, you will Provide required expertise for the implementation of Customs Services in Republic of Congo, provide direction and leadership to a group of team members for the purpose of achieving key results. As the team leader you will build transparency and communication with stakeholders,external parties and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities
Successful implementation of Maersk Customs Services in Republic of Congo

Deliver excellent customer experience based on customer segment

Legal compliance related to Customs regulations and AEO obligations

Own customer onboarding, support and proactive end-to-end issue resolution for a seamless customer experience

Actively monitor NPS across segments

Upselling and provide knowledge of local products

Ensure good collaboration and customer experience as part of cross-functional customer teams

Drive collaboration between all products in scope of CX

Work closely with GSC to lead and accelerate efficiency

Apply the Ocean/ intermodal/ CHB/LCL strategy and direction setting

Who we are looking for
Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistic

Excellent communication skills

Knowledgeable in Transit and Customs

Leadership & Coaching skills

Detailed oriented

Strong knowledge of local logistics operations and systems

Cost consciousness

Knowledge and relationships with key local stakeholders i.e. local supplier markets for insourced physical products

Strong knowledge of local logistics operations and infrastructure, competition and systems

Fluency in French, with English as an advantage
