Opportunité
We are looking for a driven and experienced candidate to take up the role as Warehouse and Distribution Site Manager, for Maersk in Togo. In this role you will be responsible to bring the integrator vision alive and to grow a first class operated WnD product. Responsible for all own sites as well as outsourced sites (partner, 3rd party, JV e.g.).

The TG WND Site Manager is fully accountable for P&L and operations of the Warehousing and Distribution products for the site(s) under scope, having operational ownership. Operational management supporting and enabling the Maersk WnD product families and value proposition to our clients being either stand alone or part of a global supply chain solution.

Key responsibilities:

Profit & Loss
P&L responsible for the site. Covering all products and clients offered at this site

New and existing customer management

Contract management

Site performance (cost/utilization)

Continuous improvement & optimization of assets

Investment proposals and follow up on the same

Operational excellence
Manage the operations of the location

HSSE & compliance adherence

Manage subcontractors needs and used at this location for WnD services

Drive compliance & regulatory adherence

Sites operating basis security / IT standards

General Management
Lease administration

Contract management

Drive adherence to governance framework

People
Facilitate the execution training linked to products, solutions and clients

All people and safety aspects

Who we are Looking for:

5+ years in a role controlling WND operations,

Market knowledge and network (Customers/Suppliers);

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Very organized, proactive, and dynamic

Ability to prioritise and multitask in a pressurized environment

Proven leadership skills

Financial acumen

Ability to read, interpret and act on P&L
