Key responsibilities:
Update, maintain and monitor Contracts KPI with external vendor.

Generate Maintenance Key Figures for cost optimization and monitor key figure calculation.

Assess and address equipment operator skill variance.

Ensure effective control of maintenance costs.

Build a Work Instruction for all Equipment operator.

Develop equipment pre-operational check list.

Handle all maintenance request and set up maintenance schedule of assets.

Develop PS and Strategic skill management

Provide regular training to relevant staff in line with APMT standard.

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance (port, operation management...).

Engineering Degree in relevant field.

Continuous improvement experience (Six Sigma) is an advantage.

Fluent French and conversational English is a must.

Ability to work under pressure.

Flexibility with new situations and conflicts, and creativity in adapting to change.

Project management and team management (leadership) skills.

Analytical skills with attention to details.

Customer focus with high consultancy / advisory skills, service orientation, and ability to produce results.
