Opportunité
Performs tasks primarily focused on receiving guests, and may also be responsible for other miscellaneous tasks in support of the office/location.
Acts as focal point for visitors upon arrival (welcome, visitor registration, referral, coffee, etc). Handles and refers incoming telephone calls. Handles incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments. Has responsibility for other support tasks (hotel/transportation booking assistance, ordering supplies, handling printing matters).
