As Operations supervisor we are looking for a dynamic individual who has experience in Depot or Warehousing operations for various commodities. Incumbent is primarily responsible to drive productivity, efficiency, compliance, HSSE, cost optimization while having a customer-centric mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking active role on the definition and implementation of the operational processes.
Building effective methods for meeting customers KPI’s and continuously defining improvement areas to increase operational quality.
Co-create and implement a strategy to create customizable solutions based on customer needs while maintaining standard product offerings.
Managing Provider’ Service Level Agreements, contracts and operational costs.
Continuous focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage vendor relationships incl. performance management.
Strong focus on ensuring optimal productivity of the Site operations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
University/Bachelor’s degree​ with 2+ years of strong experience in Logistics Services / Production / Fulfilment Warehousing for similar size project.
Full knowledge of international standards of safe working practices within the industry as well as occupational health and safety laws.
Previous exposure to international operations, and ability to effectively navigate within a diverse, global business.
Solid understanding of operational and performance metrics.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently deliver on time every time
Positive attitude and proactive collaboration.
Drive, ability to self-start as well as manage and motivate others.
Strong communication skills, across seniority levels within and outside the organization.
