Key Responsibilities :
Prepare all the required documents timely and accurately.
Resolve custom’s issues
Handle CHB case from Prealert to delivery.
Communicate proactively with origin and supplier.

Who we are looking for :

Required experience & skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in:Customs manifest and CHB department Operational Efficiency:
Efficient communication with customs
Good knowledge and understanding of all documents related to manifest and CHB process and familiar with TTN system.
INCOTERM, customs documentations and Hs Code Classification. Relationship Management :
Communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural setting. Drive for results:
Resist and keep persevering when working under pressure.
Demonstrate problem solving capabilities.
Convey a sense of exigency, drives issues to closure, persists when facing oppositions and overcome obstacles.
