Key Responsibilities :
Manage the LCL Shipments from booking to invoicing in accordance with the agreed processes and IOP/SOP.
Prepare all the required documentation timely and accurately.
Proactive communication with origins and suppliers in case of exceptions.
Resolve operational issues / escalations quickly and effectively.
Execute process efficiency, improve complaint resolution timeliness, optimize by challenging business rules /limitations and improve end-to-end service delivery to customers.
Suggest alternate viable solutions and actively resolve customer complaints within stipulated time-frame.
Update all systems and milestone timely and accurately.

Who we are looking for :
Min 5 years of experience in Logistics & LCL services.
Operational Efficiency:
Good product knowledge.
Good knowledge & Understanding of all documentation related to the logistics products & processes -Sea and international trade.
INCOTERMS, Customs Documentations, HS Code and import/Export processes.

Relationship Management:
Interaction skills with internal & external stakeholders.
Ability to make presentations to stakeholders and communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.

Drive for Results:
Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
Well organized when working under pressure.
Proactive and exhibits problem solving capabilities.
